Is there a discount for senior citizens?
We offer a 15% discount to senior citizens of age 60 years and over.

Is there a wireless Internet connection at the villas?
All our villas have Internet connection, either fixed line or wireless. We also have an Internet café at our office in Rodney Bay. 

What is the size of the beds in the bedrooms?
Our 1-bed Villas all have King size beds, some of our 2-bedrooms Villa have 1 room with a king bed and the other room with 2 double or 2 single beds.

How close is The Harbour to the beach and other amenities?
The Harbour is 2 minutes walk from Rodney Bay Shopping Mall, comprising of 54 shops (supermarket, chemist, bank, Post Office, restaurants etc), 3 minutes walk from the local Reduit beach (regarded as the most beautiful beach on the island) and a short walk from a choice of over 24 fine dining restaurants. We have a Beauty Spa 1 minute walk away.

Is The Harbour area very noisy?
The Harbour is remarkable quiet, with no noise from the street traffic, shopping mall and local hotels, which is partly due to the location and wind direction.

Do you have any rooms and facilities for the physically challenged?
Unit 14A at The Harbour is fitted with disability rails in all bathrooms and toilets; there is also no stairs (all rooms are on the ground floor level).

Which is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is the Reduit Beach, which is 1 mile of golden sand and is rated as one the best beaches on the Island. Reduit beach is within 3 minutes walk of The Harbour and 8 minutes walk from Villa Cleopatra and and our other villas and apartments.

What is your payment policy?
To confirm your booking a 25% deposit payment needs to be made by credit card and the balance within 2 months of arrival. If it is less than 2 months to go before arrival then the full amount is required to confirm the booking.

How can I make payment?
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Switch or American Express) or bank transfer. Telegraphic details will be supplied upon request.

Is it possible to get breakfast?
There are restaurants within walking distance, opened from 7am to 11pm. Guests at our villas and apartments can cook their own breakfast. Personal maid cooking is also available at all villas upon request and at cost.

Does the apartments have a safe?
All apartments have a fairly large security safe, large enough to take a laptop computer. Use of the safe is free of charge.

What is the cancellation policy?
A charge of 25% is levied for cancellation before arrival. Cancelled bookings may be transferred to a future date. There is no refund for no shows or cancellation after arrival. All cancellations must be in writing (i.e. letter, fax or e-mail).

How early should I book for the Jazz Festival?
We recommend you booked as early as possible for the jazz festival. Generally a reasonable amount of accommodation is still available up to 5 months before the festival.

Are you able to recommend any cheap flights from the UK?
Generally flights are more expensive if traveling during the school holiday periods. Visit our travel page for links to useful flights discount sites.

Would you recommend hiring a car?
A car is not essential because most amenities are a short walk away. Touring can be done by car or by booking a day trip. We can make car hire bookings on your behalf. Visit our Car Rental page for a list of available vehicles available.

Do we get housekeeping service?
We provide housekeeping service every weekday at The Harbour, Bay View and Villa Cleopatra. At all other villas housekeeping is twice weekly. All the above listed housekeeping is free of charge.

What side of the road do you drive on?
We drive on the left-Hand-Side of the road.

What electric voltage is used in St. Lucia?
The national supply is 240 volts 50 cycles, with square three-pin plug (same as the United Kingdom). Converters/adapters are available in the apartments and from local shops.

Do you provide extra beds and baby cots and what is the cost?
We provide single-size rollaway bed at US$30 nightly.

Is it possible to play tennis at the Rex St. Lucian?
Yes, it will be possible to book the Tennis courts at the Rex St. Lucian.

What currency do you recommend we take to St. Lucia?
We recommend you take mainly Eastern Caribbean dollars for spending in St. Lucia. If flying via Barbados, you should also take a few American dollars, in case you want to buy anything at the airport. US dollars is also legal tender in St Lucia.

How do we get to the Villa on our arrival?
On arrival, we recommend using our regular Taxi driver, who will meet you at the airport, holding a very conspicuous "Cleopatra Villas" signboard for easy identification.

Does the pool or moorings get very crowded at The Harbour?
The Harbour is made up of 25 privately owned villas of which approximately 10 are rented out long and short term. The remainder of the units are unoccupied most of the year due to the fact that the owners live abroad and do not all visit at the same time. As a result the grounds and pool is never crowded and there are always plenty of docks available for mooring a yacht .

Is there a Bar-B-Que grill available at the villas?
We have a gas Bar-B-Que grill, we can provide upon request.
