Booking And Confirmation Procedures With Terms And Conditions


Apartment and Villa Bookings

To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required and the balance is payable 2 months before arrival. If booking within 2 months of arrival, then the full amount is required to confirm the booking.


Payment Method

1. Credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Switch or American Express. Payment can be made by telephone or online via our website villa booking page.
2. Bank Transfer. Telegraphic details will be supplied upon request.


Cancellation Policy

A charge of 35% is levied for cancellation before 2 months of arrival. Cancelled bookings within 2 months of arrival is non-refundable. Optionally cancelled bookings, at any time prior to arrival, may be transferred to a future date of up to 12 months. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

All cancellations must be in writing (i.e. letter, fax or e-mail).
