Apartment and Villa Bookings
A 25%, or 3 nights deposit is required (whichever is the greater) within fourteen days of making a reservation. Full balance is payable within 2 months of arrival.

Payment Method
1. Credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Switch or American Express. Payment can be made by telephone or online via our website villa booking page.
2. Bank Transfer. Telegraphic details will be supplied upon request.


Cancellation Policy
A charge of 25% is levied for cancellation before arrival. Cancelled bookings may be transferred to a future date.

There is no refund for no shows or cancellation after arrival.

All cancellations must be in writing (i.e. letter, fax or e-mail).

2 . Baby's crib (cot) at US$30 nightly
3 . High chair at US$10 nightly
