Bay View is a newly built condominium development situated on
the eastern side of Rodney Bay Marina. This is a group of 18 units,
some of which are built around a large, swimming pool, solely
for the use of the condominium residents, and the rest face the
broad walk and the Rodney Bay Marina.
Bay View is a gated community and consists of two and three bedroom
units. Note that only two bedroom units are available for rental.
